Aaron has spent the past 25 years working in the non-profit, philanthropic, and startup spaces. His diverse roles have seen him guide everything from a complete organizational overhaul to major marketing campaigns, from book development projects to major arena events. Much of that time was spent in New York City where he aided in revitalization efforts post 9/11. Aaron served as vice president at the North American Mission Board, where he provided critical leadership and strategic guidance during a transformative season in the organization’s history. Following his tenure at NAMB, Aaron spent more than five years as a key strategist for Louie Giglio and Passion City Church in Atlanta. In 2015, Aaron founded Future City Now to help visionary leaders maximize their influence in the world. Since then, FCN has partnered with executives, professional athletes, motivational speakers, authors, and other public figures to help bring their vision for impact to life.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Aaron also has a Ph.D. in Applied Theology and is an assistant professor at Dallas Theological Seminary.

Prior to that, Aaron was a Vice President at a leading consulting firm, where he collaborated with numerous ministries and nonprofits to enhance their strategy, messaging, and donor engagement.
Earlier in his career, Aaron served as the Vice President of Programs at a major Christian foundation, engaging with hundreds of ministries across more than 100 countries. He has a background in theology and law, and is a committed lifelong learner. Additionally, Aaron holds certification in strategic planning. Aaron lives in Holland, MI with his wife Anne.
Anne has spent her career working with athletes and celebrities, helping them maximize their influence to do good in the world. Anne worked at ESPN for over 10 years and was most notably a part of the team that brought the SEC Network to life. Following her time at ESPN, Anne spent nearly five years serving as chief of staff to Tim Tebow. Anne served as Tebow’s gatekeeper and the outward facing representative for the brand while implementing marketing and publicity campaigns for TV shows, movie premieres, and two New York Times bestsellers.
Anne also provided tremendous lift to the Tim Tebow Foundation, assisting with the strategic planning and the execution of Night to Shine, the Annual Tim Tebow Celebrity Gala and Golf Classic, W15H experiences (similar to the work of the Make-a-Wish Foundation), and intimate donor gatherings and retreats. Anne maintains the highest level of professional ethics and brings a tireless drive to all projects. Anne lives in Holland, MI, with her husband Aaron.
Katye serves as the Controller for Future City Now, combining her passion for creating lift with her expertise in accounting and operations. She believes time is the greatest gift she can give others and thrives on supporting the FCN team’s mission. Katye holds an undergraduate degree from Indiana University and an MBA with a focus on accounting from the University of Phoenix. Before joining FCN, Katye spent nearly five years as Bob Tebow’s assistant at the Bob Tebow Evangelistic Association (BTEA). There, she managed finance and administrative responsibilities and coordinated international mission trips, overseeing travel logistics, fundraising, and training for teams of over 100 missionaries annually. Katye lives in St. Augustine, FL, with her husband and two children.
Caitlin Emas is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with over a decade of experience in the Christian non-profit sector. She excels in project strategy, planning, and event management, leveraging her strengths to drive success. Caitlin firmly believes that people are the cornerstone of any successful project. She takes the time to understand her clients deeply, ensuring their goals are met with excellence. Caitlin lives in Philadelphia and enjoys life with her pastor husband, Dan, and their two sons, Judah and Luke.
Leigh is a strategic leader passionate about helping others and bringing visions to life. With a career focused on nonprofits, particularly in events and creative development, she has also contributed significantly on the program side. As a Creative Producer for BraveLove, she spent six years producing content and experiences to raise awareness and support for adoption. Leigh then joined Chris and Lauren Tomlin's Angel Armies Foundation, now For Others, helping to establish a national organization for children in foster care.
Leigh has also strategically partnered with organizations such as International Justice Mission, Compassion International, HCA Healthcare, Passion City Church, and Back on My Feet. She is a published writer and holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Currently, she resides in Nashville, TN, continuing her commitment to making a positive impact through her work with nonprofits.
Stephanie has spent over 13 years advocating for children and supporting those in need. With a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a focus on Human Services, she built a strong foundation for a career rooted in compassion and service. Her passion for making a difference has guided her through a variety of roles focused on helping children and families thrive.
Before joining Future City Now, Stephanie served at an anti-trafficking organization for three years, where she began as Executive Assistant to the CEO and quickly advanced to Senior Manager of People, Culture, and Operations. In that role, she led key organizational functions, including finance, HR, and operations—helping shape a workplace focused on mission and care.
Stephanie lives in Mississippi with her two children and continues to bring dedication and heart to her work every day.
